1 Restricted Access

Savios App is a proprietary internal tool hosted at saviosdash.online. Access to and use of this application is strictly restricted to users expressly authorized by Savios.

2 Account Credentials

Each authorized user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account. Users must immediately notify Savios of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3 Authorization to Operate Ad Accounts

By connecting any third-party Business Center or Ad Account to Savios App via OAuth, the user represents and warrants that they hold legitimate permission and authorization from the respective account owner to access, manage, and operate those advertising assets.

4 Ad Content and Policy Compliance

The user is entirely responsible for all videos, images, product catalogs, texts, prices, and destination links uploaded or published through the tool, and must ensure full compliance with TikTok's Advertising Policies and all applicable regulations.

5 Service Availability and Third-Party APIs

Savios App relies on third-party APIs (including TikTok APIs) to operate. The tool is provided "as is", and features may experience delays, interruptions, or unavailability due to maintenance or changes in third-party services.

6 Suspension of Access

Savios reserves the right to suspend or revoke any user's access to the application immediately and without prior notice in the event of misuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms of Use.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.
